I’ve been in the legal industry since 2006, and let’s just say, I’ve seen it all—the overwhelming workloads, the inefficiencies, the endless struggle to balance casework with sanity.
By 2017, after years of grinding as a paralegal in Los Angeles, I hit a breaking point. The system was broken. Small firms were drowning in admin, paralegals were overworked, and attorneys? They were stuck doing tasks they had no business handling.
So, I decided to do something about it.
I founded Lawfecta to fix the inefficiencies law firms accept as “just the way things are.” Our mission? Make firms run better, faster, and smarter through modern hiring, automation, and process optimization.
