Basic Questions

What can my team member do for me?


Once we get to know your requirements, we’ll match you with either one dedicated team member or a dedicated team member with a small extended team to support them in providing you with the full range of skills you need for your business. See our Services page for more information.

How do I get assigned a team member?

Sign up to review our resumes to find a skilled team member that suits your needs. Alternatively, we can connect by phone or email so that we can make sure we understand your business and requirements. Then we suggest the team member with the right skills and personality to be a good fit. We’ll send you a candidate’s resume and profile for review. You can then meet with your potential team member, either via phone or video conferencing, before making the decision to sign up with us. How do you choose your team members at Lawfecta?

We only invite team members to join the Lawfecta team who are passionate about doing a good job and passionate about working from home — people who share the belief in going the extra mile to retain that privilege. After a rigorous interview and vetting process, we invite people who have both the professional skills and an innate sense of service. We find that the motivation of continuing to work virtually from home translates into team members that shine.

Do you train your team members?

The team member assigned to work with you will have the professional background and skills to perform the tasks you have requested. However, you will need to train them in how your business works and in your business-specific systems and procedures. We recommend that you have a written manual — if you don’t, please contact us for assistance!

Can I assign a company e-mail to my team member?

Absolutely! We want your team member to be an integral part of your company.

Do the hours I pay for ever expire?


Yes, any unused hours expire exactly sixty (60) days from the date they are deposited into your account. We are always willing to make exceptions for large accounts. Please e-mail us at info@lawfecta.com to discuss more.


Is there a minimum I will be charged?


Our team bills at one-tenth of an hour increments, with the smallest possible billing time being 15 minutes (or .3). The exception to this rule is for e-mail communications. Our team is instructed to bill reasonably for time spent reviewing and responding to emails.

I require a certain software/program to be used by my team member, how does this work?

If you require a software or program to be used by your team member during their assistance, we require the client to pay for said software or program, just as would be done for an in-house team member. We will do our best to accommodate any requests.


I found my team member, how do I formally sign up to work together?

Once you have selected, interviewed, and agreed to work with a team member, we will forward you our onboarding package. This includes our contract for services, information on working remotely, and how to handle and engage with our system.

How do I pay?

After you have signed your contract, you will be taken to our web portal to allow you to process payment.

Are your plans flexible?

Yes. We allow a minimum deposit of five (5) hours to work with our team, and you may add additional hours whenever you see fit. However, any unused hours do not roll over after sixty (60) days.

How do I terminate work with my team member?

Our plans are not automatic, and require no long-term commitment. If you would like to be assigned a different team member we’ll update your requirements and recommend new candidates. If you would like to cancel, you can do so at any time by connecting with us at info@lawfecta.com.
