How does having a dedicated Team Member work?

Once you have selected, interviewed, and agreed to work with a Team Member, we will forward you our onboarding package. Our Team Members operate on an hourly basis; however, you can choose from our available retainer options the one that fits your business needs and demands. Pick what works for you whether it is to pay per hour or pay per hour under a monthly subscription.

What areas of law do you handle?

All of our Team Members have 10+ years of experience in the legal field. All Team Members have expertise in their own areas, including, but not limited to Appellate Law, Bankruptcy, Business Law, Civil Litigation, Class Action, Conservatorship, Construction Defect, Criminal Law, Domestic Violence, Estate Planning, Family Law, Guardianship, Immigration, Insurance Defense, Medical Malpractice, Name Change, Personal Injury, Prenup/Postnup, Probate, Probate Litigation, and Real Estate.

Can you communicate under a branded email?

We believe in allowing your firm to use our service white-labeled. Issue out an email address under your domain that our Team can converse with (example: intake@johndoelaw.com). Our Team will be able to access this email, send communication to your clients, vendors or any other individual/business you request they communicate with. Unlike traditional help desks, we stay invisible to your customers.

How are Team Members selected for hire?

We only invite individuals who are dedicated to doing an excellent job to join the Lawfecta Team. After a rigorous interview and vetting process, we invite people who have both the professional skills and an innate sense of service. Every Team Member goes through our rigorous application process, which includes multiple interviews, background checks, professional references, and confidentiality agreements.

What states are the Team Members experienced in?

All our Team Members are based throughout California but have experience working with attorneys and law firms in other states as well. Team Member(s) will do their best to get up to speed with your state and local laws and perform the work requested. Working with a Team Member that is not experienced in your state requires you to provide specific instructions and information to ensure your Team Member(s) can perform the work you need.

How are conflict checks performed?

Due to our Team Members working with attorneys throughout the United States, it is unlikely for a conflict to arise, however, Lawfecta understands conflict checking is an important part of running a law firm properly. We understand how important it is to ensure everyone takes the necessary precautions to prevent conflicts. Each Team Member performs a conflict check prior to working on a new project.
