We believe in allowing your firm to use our service white-labeled. Issue out an email address under your domain that our Team can converse with. Unlike traditional help desks, we stay invisible to your customers. All they see is a friendly email with no help desk jargon like ‘case ids’, ‘reply above this line’ etc. When we reply, it will come from your support email address (example:, keeping your work email address private.
What are the billing cycles?
Your billing cycle starts from the day when you start service or upgrade to one of our packages. Depending on your chosen subscription period, the billing cycle would be on the next subscription start date. For example, if you choose a monthly subscription on January 15, your next payment cycle would be on February 15, and so on.
Is there a setup fee or any kind of any additional payments?
Yes, our service is bespoke. We fully customize the system for your business we do charge a nominal setup fee depending on the service(s) you have selected.
Is there a cancellation fee?
We do not charge a cancellation fee. Once cancelled, you will finish out the remainder of the paid month and we will not charge you for future services. You can cancel our service anytime as per your choice.
Do you offer any discounts for Team Chat?
For Team Chat, if you place a deposit of 20 or more hours, we will waive some of the set up fees. If you place a 30 or more hour deposit, we will include scheduling and SMS messaging for free.
